With over 300 participants from Cogir residences and administrative offices across Canada (Montreal, Brossard, Mississauga), the three days were rich in learning, sharing and celebration.

Inspiring conferences, workshops, a gala dinner and an exhibitors’ show were all on the agenda.

The Conference also focused on the Cogir values: Humanize, Create, Surpass, through team building activities and a fun and collaborative competition with Cogir Got Talent, where the talents of colleagues from finalist residences across Canada were highlighted and then decided by a vote of their peers. We also celebrated Le gala reconnaissance, rewarding outstanding residences and teams across Canada.

Finally, the conference concluded with a tour of multi-dwelling buildings and seniors’ residences in the Greater Montreal area, a great opportunity for all our outside colleagues to discover Cogir’s flagship projects.
