A festival of colors, flavors and solidarity. Over the 2 days, meals of Martinican specialities were prepared by guest chefs from Martinique, who concocted dishes to eat in or take away, all in a festive atmosphere.

With over 20 exhibitor booths showcasing a wide range of Martinique and Creole products, as well as advice on how to get to Martinique, what to do and where to stay.

There were demonstrations of culinary fruit carving, a carnival video, a domino tournament, culinary workshops for children, initiation to zouk, Bèlè and Biguine, friendly competition between professional mixologists, dancing to the rhythm of Martinican carnival and many other surprises!
