The DIVERSO augmented reality division was officially launched in March. The introduction of this technology in Quebec is a major step forward, offering an innovative and spectacularly effective tool for our cultural and advertising industries. The technology comes in the form of an application that enables the public to watch an artistic performance, advertisement or any other form of performance in 3D hologram via the user’s cell phone or tablet. This is made possible by downloading our application and then proceeding to view the content. The subject can then view the content whenever and wherever he or she likes, in the chosen environment – an experience zone, a room in the home, on a terrace, in a park…
On March 8, in honor of International Women’s Rights Day, we launched filters designed in augmented reality. In tribute to female personalities who have left their mark on history, we designed interactive Facebook and Instagram filters inspired by paintings by artist Adèle Blais. In 2 days, they’ve been downloaded over 20,000 times 🙂 This is just the beginning, as the augmented reality options are vast. We’re currently finalizing the project’s application, which will enable people to have the paintings in their home appear on the wall and simultaneously hear the story of the painting’s subject, narrated by a woman’s voice. We’re very excited to be creating this project, and you’re sure to hear all about it when it officially launches!
