Cogir 2024 National Congress<\/h2><\/div>

The Cogir 2024 National Residence Conference was held in November 2024 at the Marriott Ch\u00e2teau Champlain and was a real success! \"\ud83c\udf89\"<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
With over 300 participants from Cogir residences and administrative offices across Canada (Montreal, Brossard, Mississauga), the three days were rich in learning, sharing and celebration.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Inspiring conferences, workshops, a gala dinner and an exhibitors’ show were all on the agenda.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
The Conference also focused on the Cogir values: Humanize, Create, Surpass, through team building activities and a fun and collaborative competition with Cogir Got Talent, where the talents of colleagues from finalist residences across Canada were highlighted and then decided by a vote of their peers. We also celebrated Le gala reconnaissance, rewarding outstanding residences and teams across Canada. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Finally, the conference concluded with a tour of multi-dwelling buildings and seniors’ residences in the Greater Montreal area, a great opportunity for all our outside colleagues to discover Cogir’s flagship projects.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
